For tenants

Choose property updates by text

Your property manager records the current mobile number you provided for property communications.
An authenticated property manager separately confirms the request and selects Send enrollment text for your tenant record. Doorbrief sends one request that identifies the property, program scope and complete SMS disclosures.
Reply with the exact one-time code shown in that message within 30 minutes. A different reply, silence or an expired code does not enroll you.

Receiving the invitation does not enroll you. Recurring property messages begin only after Doorbrief receives the exact code from the invited mobile number and sends confirmation.
