Service scope
Doorbrief helps property operators organize requests, conversations and follow-ups. Joining the email waitlist does not create an account, enroll you in SMS or promise service availability. Companion SMS and managed email are distinct product capabilities, available only where enabled.
Companion text messages
The Doorbrief Companion program communicates with users who choose to enroll. It can reply to their requests, suggest messages for them to send themselves, and remind them about tasks or follow-ups. It is not a shared texting service for contacting every workspace's tenants or vendors. Program terms are available on the SMS program information page.
SMS program terms
Doorbrief Companion message frequency varies with your requests and configured task reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; contact support@doorbrief.co for customer care. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Enrollment is SMS-only and does not authorize email or phone calls. See Privacy for mobile information and consent protections.
Managed email authority
A workspace may authorize Doorbrief to send and receive property-related email using its assigned workspace address, associate replies with tasks, and send follow-ups within configured permissions. Senders must accurately identify the responsible workspace and Doorbrief's role. You must have authority to share content and contact recipients. Enabling a workflow authorizes only its stated recipients, purpose and actions, not unrelated campaigns or unrestricted autonomous activity.
Email preferences and acceptable use
Do not use Doorbrief for spam, purchased lists, impersonation or unlawful messages. Waitlist marketing consent is separate from operational email and SMS. Commercial email must provide applicable disclosures and an effective unsubscribe process; service emails must not be used to evade marketing opt-outs. Recipient complaints and suppression must be honored.
AI assistance and responsibility
AI-generated summaries and suggested messages may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important facts, recipients and instructions, and configure automated email workflows carefully. Doorbrief does not independently authorize spending, vendor dispatch, property entry or binding agreements. It is not an emergency service; contact emergency services or your established urgent maintenance contact when needed.
Program changes and support
Availability and delivery depend on service configuration and providers. Do not rely on Doorbrief as the sole means of delivering urgent or legally required notices.
