Who sends these messages
Doorbrief Companion is a program from DinoBytes LLC, the operator of Doorbrief. It is for opted-in Doorbrief users, such as landlords and property managers, communicating with their own assistant.
What you receive
Messages may include replies to your requests, task summaries, suggested wording for you to send, and reminders about property tasks and follow-ups you request or configure. This program does not include promotional texts or managed texting to tenants and vendors on behalf of separate businesses.
Choose whether to enroll
Email waitlist signup, account creation, a phone call, an uploaded contact or agreement to general terms does not enroll anyone in recurring Companion SMS. Enrollment requires a separate affirmative choice using the program's disclosed signup flow. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. This preview and the email waitlist do not collect SMS consent.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your requests and configured reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop messages or get help
Once the program is enabled, reply STOP to the Doorbrief program number to opt out. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation; further program messages stop unless you explicitly enroll again through the supported process. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@doorbrief.co. Stopping SMS does not subscribe or unsubscribe you from email.
Your information
Mobile information is not sold or shared for third-party marketing or promotional use. SMS consent records are limited to providing the program, including necessary delivery processing. Read the Privacy and Terms pages linked below for data practices and service responsibilities.
Email is a separate service
Managed email can send and receive authorized property communications with tenants and vendors and associate replies and follow-ups with workspace tasks. That email service does not enroll its recipients in this SMS program, and Doorbrief's SMS registration does not cover another business's texting program.
